Information We Collect: FemmeForm Collective collects personal information when you interact with our site or programs. This includes: registration details (name, email, mailing address, age), payment information (handled by Wix), communications (emails, survey responses), and technical information via cookies (IP address, browser type, usage data). We do NOT knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How We Use Your Data: We use data to: deliver and improve our programs; process transactions; communicate with you (e.g. confirmation emails, updates); send marketing (with consent); analyze usage (via analytics tools) to optimize content; and comply with legal obligations. We do not provide medical advice, and any health/wellness content is informational only; we emphasize that data shared with us is not used for clinical treatment.

Sharing and Third Parties: We share your data with: payment processors, email services, analytics providers, and any other service providers who support our website operations. These processors act on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Any transfer is for service purposes only. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
