Acceptance of Terms. By accessing FemmeForm Collective’s website or purchasing a program (e.g. Reignite Her), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Terms govern your use of our self-led online programs (current and future) and our website. If you do not agree, do not access our programs or services.

 

Eligibility. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) to use our programs. We do not knowingly provide services to children, and we do not collect data from anyone under 13. By using the site, you represent you meet these requirements.

 

Account Creation. To access a program, you may need to create an account with a valid email and password. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

Program Scope & License. FemmeForm Collective grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased program content. License Restrictions: You may not share your login or materials with others, resell the content, or circumvent access controls. You are granted lifelong access to your materials.

 

Fees, Payment & Refunds. All program fees must be paid in advance via our checkout. Payment Processors: We use third-party payment services (to be named) to process payments securely. Payments are only eligible for refund prior to receipt of the first set of educational materials, which are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase.  Late or failed payments may incur late fees or suspend program access.

 

No Professional Advice / No Therapeutic Relationship. The program content is for informational and self-help purposes only. It does not constitute medical, health, legal, financial or professional advice and is not a substitute for consulting licensed professionals. Participation in any program does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other professional relationship. Users assume full responsibility for their own well-being and any actions taken based on program content.

 

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability. The program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. FemmeForm Collective does not guarantee any specific results from using the program. We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc.). In no event will FemmeForm Collective, its owners or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program or reliance on content. Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid.

 

User Conduct. You agree not to misuse the site or services. Prohibited behavior includes: illegal activities, harassment, spamming (e.g. unsolicited emails), uploading harmful content (viruses, spyware), or interfering with our systems. You must comply with all applicable laws (e.g. copyright, export controls, defamation). Violation of rules may result in account suspension or termination.

 

Intellectual Property. All program materials (videos, text, graphics, etc.) are the intellectual property of FemmeForm Collective or its licensors. No ownership is transferred to you. You may use the materials only as educational tools. All trademarks, logos and service marks on the site belong to FemmeForm Collective or others and may not be used without permission.

 

Termination of Access. FemmeForm Collective may suspend or terminate your account and access to programs at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use of the content.

 

Links to Third Parties. Our website or programs may contain links to third-party websites, products or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those sites, and we disclaim liability for any content or practices of third parties. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

 

Email Marketing & Communications. By providing your email (e.g. sign-up or purchase), you consent to receive emails from FemmeForm Collective (newsletters, promotions, updates). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email, as required by law. (Note: Transactional emails about your program access are mandatory and not promotional.)

Data Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach affecting personal data under our control, we will follow applicable law. For example, under GDPR we will notify the relevant Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of learning of the breach. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

 

Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with any referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and FemmeForm Collective regarding the programs.
